SK Electronics Electronic Paper Tag EP-01

How about making it an "electronic paper tag"? The era of paperless has already become established.

We handle the electronic paper tag "EP-01" manufactured by SKE Electronics. It retains display without the need for power. When rewriting the display, it communicates wirelessly with the reader/writer, making it completely battery-free and maintenance-free. By combining electronic paper and RFID wireless communication technology, it is possible to transmit and display images wirelessly. 【Features】 ■ "Completely battery-free" with no need for battery replacement or maintenance ■ "Wireless" capability for rewriting display data ■ "Cost-effective" system operation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

UHF band RFID battery-less electronic paper tag

Battery-less solution

Our company, in collaboration with E Ink Holdings Inc., has developed a technology that allows for the rewriting of electronic paper displays wirelessly via UHF band power supply, making it battery-less. Unlike NFC for close communication, this UHF band technology significantly improves the communication distance during data rewriting, which was previously limited to close proximity, and is expected to create new applications that combine electronic paper with UHF band RFID. ■Features This battery-less electronic paper tag technology is realized through our UHF band RFID LSI "MB97R8110" designed for battery-less solutions. The user memory area of the MB97R8110 utilizes FeRAM, which features non-volatility, high-speed writing, and low power consumption. Conventional electronic paper tags only displayed data stored in built-in memory, but by using FeRAM, it is now possible to transfer image data at will and rewrite it in a short time.
